School photography you actually like.
When my oldest started Kindergarten, I couldn't believe that nothing had changed in school portrait photography. Why in the age of digital media was I being asked to buy pictures I hadn't seen? Why was only one photo available and why wasn't the photographer a real local business owner I could talk to? Having been in the photography business for quite some time I decided to change the school picture model in my area, thus was born, Modern School Photography.

"We have alumni parents that ask to bring their child back to our school on our picture day so they can have her photograph their child. Her photos are bright, with a nice background (not the dull grey background you usually see, but of autumn’s foliage, or the bright yellow of a sunflower, or the lush green leaves of a tree). Crystal captures the personality of the student in her photos which makes them even more special.
